Elk Hunt Finale with Chris Horne | Ep. 50 | Born Primitive Outdoor Podcast with Aron Snyder

This week we wrap up Aron's Wyoming Elk Hunt Series by having special guest Chris Horne on the mic.  Chris and Aron became fast friends shortly after Aron moved to Wyoming, over their shared obsession with fly fishing.  Chris and Aron spent much of the elk season attempting to local legal bulls, with Chris finally punching his tag first alongside Aron, and then came back in to assist on the packout of Aron's Bull.  Chris also shares some hunting stories, including his journey with a strugglestick.  Great time having Chris on and can't thank him enough for the friendship!  Hope you all enjoy episode 50 of the Born Primitive Outdoor podcast!

Wyoming Elk Hunt Recap Part 2 | Ep. 47 | Born Primitive Outdoor Podcast with Aron Snyder

Aron is back, fresh out of the woods from the second half of his September Elk Season in the Cowboy State.  Aron went back in for Round 2, experiencing much the same as Round 1. Luckily, good friend Chris Horne arrived a few days later and they were able to seal the deal, and get Chris a bull during the start of the rifle season.  Seems like action is starting to pick up so hopefully Round 3 does the trick for Mr Snyder.We want to extend a somber reminder for listeners to do a Buddy Check this fall.  Aron lost a really good friend while he was hiking his way into this hunt.  So be proactive, make that call, you never know the impact you could make.
